Are you ready experience the home of the Gods? That’s right, we’re heading to Mt. Olympus! Mt Olympus, Utah!! While I can’t guarantee we’ll meet any Greek Gods, I can say that a spiritual experience is very possibile.
Join us for an extended weekend of adventure, hiking, yoga, mindfulness, challenge, rejuvenation, and fun!
We are descending on Park City, UT. It holds a special place in my heart because it was where I snowboarded in deep powder for the very first time. From that day on all powder days have been a spiritual experience. But, I digress!
On this retreat, we’ll be doing yoga, meditating amongst the beautiful Aspen trees, hiking, e-biking and hopefully, visiting Olympic Park to do a little summer training for all you skiers out there!
We will arrive on Wednesday evening to watch the sunset and have a beautiful dinner. If it’s a clear night, we will watch the stars and enjoy the mountain air. Bring your star-gazing apparatus.
Thursday Friday & Saturday will include yoga, meditation, hiking (Mt Olympus and others), renting e-bikes, visiting Olympic Park and more. We will also take some time to go inward, reset or reconfirm our life purpose, realign with our goals and take the actions to live the best life we know how!
Of course, this is an opportunity to come together and be active, please feel free to take any time you need on your own. Ultimately it’s about restoration and rejuvenation. We all do that in different ways. Being together in an active community is healing in and of istelf. We can’t wait to see you there!!
