Flow and Hold

A strong vinyasa flow and hold class with emphasis on alignment.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a daily method of yoga that involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. This process generates internal heat which detoxifies and purifies the muscles and organs. The results are improved circulation, a stronger and more flexible body and a calm mind. Yoga Form & Function

A slow, gentle practice based on Vinyasa Krama and the teachings of Krishnamacharya, emphasizing proper alignment, breathing, and movement, that conduct prana – essential life energy – throughout your body, creates inner space, stretches, and builds strength.

Yoga/Workout

This class is a 75 minute stronger flow sequence mixed with various exercises focusing on abs, arms/upper body and legs. After class you will feel like you worked out at the same time you will feel replenished and rejuvenated like you do when you finish every yoga class. It is not for beginners, though you can modify your sequence.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Based on the Ashtanga series of poses, a Vinyasa Flow class includes an inspired sequence of movements and breath to open energetic pathways and calm the mind while increasing your stamina, strength and flexibility. All teachers have their own style of teaching a Vinyasa Flow class.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle, therapeutic style of yoga to promote relaxation and prevent injuries.  Props are used in order to deepen poses and increase flexibility.

Policies: private session prices are set by practitioner. Our cancellation policy for studio rentals & private sessions: if you cancel more than 24 hours before your session you will not be charged. if you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 100% of your session fee. *monthly unlimited packages do not include aerial classes,
