Our home away from home will be the Westlake Village Inn & Spa, a beautiful hotel & spa in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountain range and just minutes from hiking trails, our yoga studio and the healing Pacific Ocean. RETREAT DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Airfare, ground transportation getting to the hotel, lodging, taxes & gratuity at hotel, traveler’s insurance, meals not on itinerary (though most are), equipment expenses (i.e. sun hat, sunscreen, backpacks, hiking shoes, etc.) any unforeseen expenses.

COVID PROTOCOLS:
You must provide a negative Covid test within 72 hours of the retreat in order to participate. If something happens and you cannot provide those items, your retreat cost will be refunded. Your airfare, lodging, equipment, lift tickets, and any other expenses will be your own responsibility.

Ted McDonald (teddymcdonald.com) is a wellness expert, endurance athlete, coach and speaker. He’s been guiding people to become better versions of themselves for over two decades. From Tom Petty to Tour de France cyclists, from stressed out moms to stressed out executives, he continues to help a wide range of humans transform their lives and become happier, healthier and more fulfilled beings.

As a speaker, Ted shares the knowledge he’s gained from his experiences. Ted recently launched Conscious Endurance, a community of people looking to live a healthy vibrant 100+ years. He also continues to work with the corporate world and companies such as lululemon, Jessica Alba’s Honest Co., Dun & Bradstreet, Kuvera Partners, Drobny Capital, Clocktower Group, BOND Capital and more.

He practices what he preaches and competes in marathons, triathlons, and trail races. He has completed the famed Leadville 100 mountain bike race multiple times and ran the 4 day Inca trail in under 8 hours, and completed the Mont Tremblant Ironman.

Scott Morgan aka Scotty Mo is a 58 Year Old Golf Professional and was General Manager and Head Golf Professional at the The Lakes at El Segundo Golf Course for 15 years.  He is also the creator of The Sweatville Club, an online fitness and wellness community that provides live Zoom workouts during the week, monthly accountability calls and live cooking “hangouts”. He also promotes Plant Based eating and has created the 14 Day Plant Based Playbook for those looking to give it a try…along with a private Online plant-based group.  He creates new 15 plant-based recipe packs every month.

Scott is Certified in group fitness instruction and is one of the first trainers to be certified in the popular P90X Workout program.  He also offers private training in person and online.

He is also a trainer/cast member in several of Tony Hortons workout programs.  Notably, DoubleTime by Beachbody, The Next Level on Giam TV and the recent filming of the Power Of 4 program which released in 2021.
